A source said that the billionaire kidnapper was kept among common criminals and that he is not finding it easy with the treatment he is getting with his other inmates.
“He has been crying like a baby, begging the police to relocate him to another cell that he is not common criminal,” the source revealed.
The kingpin, who was living like a king at his 3, Fred Shoboyede Street, Magodo, Lagos home is now a shadow of himself with tears flowing down his cheeks.
Meanwhile, more revelations about his criminal escapades came up yesterday as he told the police that he started as armed robbers in Sokoto State.
He later came to Lagos where he created two detention camps to hide his captives from his kidnap operation.
The source said: “He has been weeping uncontrollably because he is in a cell with common poor criminals despite all the wealth and mansions he owned.
The police said that the notorious Evans is cooperating well and that some of his detention camps across the country, including Nnewi his home town would be visited soon.
