LASTMA and traffic enforcement

 He forestalled the wicked practice of landlords substituting people in rent tribunal to pervert justice against their tenants.
He asked officers of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority not to arrest motorists because they were precluded from arrest. He made it mandatory through the Lagos Tenancy Law for landlords to collect only a year’s rent from new tenants.

If therefore government is a continuum, then Fashola’s legacy must be maintained. Fashola ruled under the All Progressives Congress platform. So, is Ambode and if there is a different policy now in place then, a sudden outcry will ring the air for change. LASTMA has no business arresting motorists except they are in a team of policemen, solders or a taskforce.
